Most internet users watch online video, but for some reason, many realtors have skipped over video in favor of more traditional, time consuming and arguably less dynamic and effective methods of advertising listing. Non-tech-savvy realtors may find online video intimidating, while others may assume that is it too expensive to be worthwhile based on the listing price. Because such a small portion of real estate listings currently feature video tours, realtors who do produce these types of video tours can quickly generate attention, drive an overwhelmingly higher number of potential buyers to their listings, and move their real estate practice in the direction things are going - internet video.
As Vivid Edge Media Group's real estate video tour business has grown, we've fine tuned the process to avoid static shots that simply pan from side to side or zoom in, ineffective background music, and ineffective voiceovers. We keep in mind that home-searchers watch videos for entertainment as well as information, and therefore entertainment is as much of a factor as completeness when producing.
